In 2015 IBM started a new business uint built out of 3 other BU. This created a challenge in not only in blending 3 different cultures, but also to inspire our designers to adopt a start up approach.

In my journey to become a design leader I had the unique opportunity to work with Chris O'Connor as he led the Cloud and Smarter Infrastructure and then as he started the Watson IoT. During this time I was able to learn about the the larger business model and what goes aspects are key in our goals and mission.

Chief Technology Office

Representation for Design at the CTO level put me in touch with both our C level clients and new projects. I branched out to focus on a wider level of projects.
