I had the honor of introducing Tim Brown the CEO of IDEO. Tim was key in helping IBM to launch Design Thinking on a mass scale. Helping our Business Units to focus on Design and all speak the same language. I admire what Tim brought to the table and thanked him as a IBM Design leader for helping to make the shift to IBM's development culture. #WPO #womenentrepreneurs
